  2. Valves must be checked regularly, remove the dirt on the valve and apply anti-rust oil on the valve surface.
  3. Valves after installation and commissioning should be checked and repaired regularly to ensure they work properly.
  4. Checking the surface of the valve whether it is rusty and repair or replace according to the situation.
  5. Checking the wear of the trapezoid thread, valve cylinder and valve nut, in case supplementary material source during operation is out of date and invalid, etc. replace if needed.
  6. Valve sealing performance should be checked to ensure valve operation.
  7. The valve in operation must be intact, the bolts on the flange and support arenot lacking , the threads are not damaged and should not be loose.
  8. If the crank is lost, it should be equipped in time and cannot be replaced by the adjustment spanner.
  9. Additional compression caps are not allowed to be deflected.
  10. If the valve is used in a harsh environment and susceptible to contamination by rain, snow, dust, sand and other contaminants, a protective cap should be installed for the valve body.
  11. The valve must be complete, accurate and clear, the valve must be sealed and closed.
  12. There must be no dents or cracks on the insulation cover.
